Where are your products made?
All products are handmade by the coast in Devon.
Do you ship Internationally?
If you live outside of the UK, I am currently able to ship your order to the USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. I am hoping to add more options soon.
Can I return my item?
Yes! Please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order if you need to return it. You will be refunded to cost of the returned item once I have received it.
My item is faulty, what can I do?
Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item with photos of the damage/faults. I will arrange a pre-paid postage label so you can return the product to me. Once I have received it, I will either refund you the cost of the item or offer a replacement depending on your preferences.
